How do I report a bug or issue with my hardware?
Open a request with our Support Team on the Teburu Help Center. We'll help you troubleshoot the issue and, if needed, take care of replacement parts.
Which devices are compatible with Teburu?
Our apps run on phones, tablets and computers:
  • Android and iOS
  • Windows and Mac
Note: the apps are designed for mobile devices, so they may not be fully compatible with every Windows and Mac system. For the best experience, play on a phone or tablet.
Can I play with friends who do not own a Teburu?
Yes! You only need one Teburu system per game:
  • the player with the Teburu system handles the physical parts of the game;
  • everyone else joins remotely through the free game app on their phone or tablet.
Are save games stored locally or in the cloud?
Locally. Teburu saves your progress automatically, so you can stop and continue your campaign later. Save data is stored inside the SaveGames folder on your device.
What happens if the app crashes mid-session?
Your progress is safe. Teburu saves your game automatically, so nothing is lost if the app closes unexpectedly. Just restart the app, load your saved game and pick up where you left off.
How do I cancel or change my Teburu Account?
To request the deletion of your Teburu Account, contact us through the Teburu Help Center.

What is the warranty for Teburu hardware?
Teburu hardware comes with a 2-year full replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, and our support continues even after the warranty expires. The numbers speak for themselves:
  • less than 0.02% of boards have shown defects;
  • 0 boards have been reported broken outside of those defective units.
How will Teburu technology continue to be playable in the future?
Xplored has decades of experience with app-based games and hybrid toys, and we treat apps as a service, not just a product. Some of our apps made with Clementoni are over 10 years old and still get updated every year to stay compatible with the latest operating systems.
Can you paint the miniatures?
Absolutely! You can even paint the base and its underside. Just avoid soaking the miniatures in any solvent.
What languages do the games support?

  • Voice narration: English, Italian and German
All translations live inside the app, so every game comes in a single, language-independent box.
